I don't believe upper management really cares about the people who work here. There has been so many different changes since I've been here including people being fired and people leaving. People feel like they can be let go at anytime and that is not the best environment to work in.
This company doesn't seem to be interested in investing in you or promoting you. I've seen talented people let go and not even considered for promotion. It honestly doesn't make sense. Considering the nature of the work, it seems they would try to keep smart knowledgable employees so knowledge can continue to be passed down but that's not the case.
Everyone is treated like they work in the call center and I believe this takes a toll on the culture of this company. The morale is very low.
There is no formal training, processes or anything. For this to be an "innovative" company, the way they handle businesses process and employees is pretty outdated. HR is horrible and doesn't do a very good job on-boarding new employees. They are also hard to get in touch with.
If you accept a position here, I would suggest not staying long term and just gaining as much work experience as possible then leaving. There is no 401k so this isn't the type of company you should consider working at long-term.
I've never worked in a company where people from totally different departments are all so unhappy and dissatisfied with their work. I've never heard someone say they love working for Teladoc in the Lewisville office.
I think people who work outside the Lewisville office are happy.
