Disappointing Corporate Culture

Pros

The service Teladoc provides can changes lives for the better, easily connecting qualified doctors with patients easily.

Cons

The corporate structure both in their NY and Lewisville, TX office leaves most employees very unhappy and wanting a better job. There also seems to be some racial tension and prejudice within the Lewisville office being the majority of the staff is African-American and very unfriendly towards the Caucasian staff members.

There are literally no pros to working at Teladoc or Teladump as everyone in middle management and below call it. Any positive reviews on here are written by people in the HR department. Notice how all the 5-star reviews sound the same?!

Cons

Terrible management fosters a culture of deception and dysfunction. We get punished for carrying out management's ill-conceived plans as if they were our own. No upward mobility and high turnover. Don't make the mistake I did and take a job here!!

Great management and if not i have seen it delt with. The company is drivento be the best in the tela health industry. I have been with the company over 1 1/2 years.

Cons

One big challenge I see is the platform of the systems needs to work better all around. Stop remodeling!!!
