There is no amount of compensation sufficient for all the trauma this company has and is causing its employees.

Cons

Traumatic silent layoffs being done in small batches almost every week. As employees, Thursdays and Fridays are days when you'd never know if your head is on the chopping block. It has been this way since January 2023 up to time of writing (June 2025). Layoffs are quietly done so the company does not have to announce publicly. Typically, employees impacted are some of the most productive contributors - the ones left behind are the favorites of executives. There is no turning this sinking ship around because the ones left behind are just echo chambers of each others' egos.

Pros

Good benefits if you can tolerate the abusive environment, have no self-respect, and want to live for work.

Cons

Unchecked hostile work environment for anyone that rolls up to the COO. Company will end up with a lawsuit if he continues to go unchecked. Everyone is terrified of this guy. I’m a reasonable, hardworking person. This environment is abusive.
