Pros

Innovation is very accepted. Best benefits and pay I've ever encountered in the nonprofit world. The name alone will get you places later in life. Lots of experience, in a short time.

Cons

Only Kool-aid drinkers need apply. Even healthy skepticism is not welcome. Each regional office has a distinct culture because of the semi-autonomous structure. Can be very arrogant and zealous about their mission. Often there is a sense of entitlement. Lots of smoke and mirrors. Former corps members are given promotions before experienced professionals
