      Pros

      Great flexibility and a genuinely supportive team environment. I appreciate being trusted to manage my work independently without micromanagement. Overall, the culture feels healthy and non-toxic.

      Cons

      There are multiple layers of management that can slow decision-making and create inefficiencies. There is often a lack of clear strategic direction, and priorities or initiatives frequently shift before they are fully implemented. As a result, many projects remain in draft or revision stages for extended periods of time. Following major layoffs a few years ago, professional development funding was eliminated, which has limited opportunities for growth, learning, and long-term career investment.
