      Remote work for national employees. Great manager. Manageable work load.

      Cons

      Senior Leadership lacks transparency and competency. Lead with defensiveness and obsfucation. When staff ask hard questions, leadership often misleads. Secretly problematize staff. Create lists of staff who are not allowed to be promoted.

      Working with TFA was meaningful experience.

      Cons

      There is a lot to juggle with the school based responsibilities and additional professional development commitments through TFA , but that's to be expected.
