This is a very big corporate company, internationally established, very good place to develop expertise in technical andmanagerial expertise.

Cons

Low package, even in that very low cash in hand from offered package. If one chooses TATA STEEL as destination, he should know how to play or escape from internal politics

It was OK overall, but there was not much room for professional growth & corporate exposure.

Great work tradition, big brand name, it has been involved in the nation's progress & so you get a proud feeling on being a part of it.

Cons

No corporate exposure at all, there are chances that even after working there for 10-15 years, your personality development level is still negligible. Plus, pay is also not that good.
