great history, value addition, brand value is amazing, salary package is best in industry, a great company overall to work for.

Cons

i dont think there are many cons for a champion company like tata steel ltd. the company has 'donated' the laws in the factory act of the Indian constitution.

This place will help you in achieving amazing work life balance. Really good place for metallurgists and chemical engineers. Can grow to really great heights if you are at right place at right time.

Cons

Oraganization carries a big baggage of 100 year legacy. Typical manufacturing mindset. People are not really willing to share knowledge. More of establishment based so less importance is given to human resource utilization.
