Plant is equipped with state of the art technology, as a junior employee, one can learn a lot, it's a good opportunity and better than having nothing in your hand for the time being.

Cons

Very vague and weak HR policies, worst compensation and increment, not good for more than 2 years.

Location is not so good, one has to rush to 150 km ( bhubneswer) to get good quality life standard
