Great support for development. Almost impossible to get sacked. Lots of opportunity to try new things. Good pension scheme (at the moment). Big business if you want to move around.

Cons

Almost impossible to get sacked. No performance culture. Lots of people taking it steady, feel like they have a right to be employed.
