      Nice technology to work on and get hands on experience management gives opportunity to you to try out new technology and groom yourself

      Cons

      Too much hierarchy salary is very less sometimes engineer dont get the respect they deserve and are not treated properly hr is useless

      Paternity leave introduced last year for 10 days. Tata steel executive holiday plan. Good medical facilities, sufficient leave. Convocation leave,15 days trekking at uttarkashi.

      Cons

      LTC amount is low considering fares at present. House accommodation are in bad shape.
