      Pros

      Positive and flexible work environment; a lot of opportunity for advancement based on merit. Management cares about their employees and eager to help them succeed.

      Cons

      Sometimes problems with interdepartmental communication and nebulous goals and roadmap at both team and company level. Departments can feel siloed and not rallied around a singular brand voice.

      Pros

      fun startup culture without the tech-heavy cliches. at the forefront of the changing media landscape. always trying new, exciting initiatives. strong encouragement to make sure you do what you enjoy. the founders think and dream big and inspire you to do the same.

      Cons

      we all have to put in the time and effort to make big dreams happen, and sometimes there will be a short stretch where it feels like a grind, but it's worth it if you can stick it through to the result.
