- Small (but mighty) international teams mean very early mornings and late evenings to get the job done

-the people! everyone is so great and it's a non-combative nor competitive environment -flexibility with schedule

Cons

-overworked and underpaid -sales walks over the brand strategy team without recognition or appreciation -strategy team doesn't make a commission off of the custom ideas we come up with -no path for growth or upward mobility
