content is definitely a draw, but issues are abundant, and what you are promised is definitely not what you get as an advertiser.

Cons

horrific people, terrible culture, all the way up to the top. stay away from this once shiny object, it will for sure burn you.

Pros

Big name, makes compelling content, some really good people work here.

Cons

Poorly run from managerial perspective. They seem to be coasting off of success from FB video from years go, but haven't found the next thing. Politics are worse here than I've seen anywhere else. Layoffs happen monthly, but they intentionally avoid doing too many people at once to avoid negative press. That means people are continuously being let go.

Positive and flexible work environment; a lot of opportunity for advancement based on merit. Management cares about their employees and eager to help them succeed.

Cons

Sometimes problems with interdepartmental communication and nebulous goals and roadmap at both team and company level. Departments can feel siloed and not rallied around a singular brand voice.
