Work environment is crammed, dirty, and don't be surprised if you see rats running around Poor management No vision or mission Most concerned about making money Unclear of who the customer/consumer is HR is not experienced and cannot be trusted with your life or career

Lots of Ownership, but some Management Issues

Pros

A fun company focused on food and experiencing a lot of growth. Lots of fun social events, free weekly lunches, and free food to try from the recipes. Opportunity for a lot of ownership as well.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations can be had for employees to do too much without doing anything particularly well. Can also be difficult to get promoted without a clear career path. No 401K matching.

Pros

True start up culture. Very dynamic industry and fun work environment. Jerks don't last long at this company. Everyone's opinion matters here. Very little politics. Diverse management team at the director and management levels throughout the company. Every week the CEO discusses what is going on or what is new at the company and is very forthcoming and transparent.

Cons

Scrappy company culture. Everyone has to wear lot of hats and think outside of the box. Dynamic work environment not for everyone. Not for people who need regular processed workflows. Priorities can change quickly around here.
