Pros

I love working here and especially love watching this company grow and mature. I feel the entire team striving to do their best possible work to be successful together. This level of team work and initiative has helped me grow and rack up a variety of experiences. The COVID-19 crisis has made it especially clear how much our leadership and CEO care about their employees' well-being. Their transparent communication has been amazing and helpful in overcoming some of the anxiety during these tough times. Also, in the last 1-2 years the company has really stepped up their game in terms of software, company culture and benefits.

Cons

This is a fast paced industry and company - sometimes things can get really hectic and a bit overwhelming.
