Pros

plenty of opportunities for advancement, very flexible scheduling, plenty of benefits (i.e. insurance, 401k, tuition reimbursement), opportunities for cross-training in many different areas, clean and pleasant working environment, very helpful and friendly HR staff, important developments communicated on a daily basis

Cons

low starting pay, work can be repetitive in the evenings, and as always with big companies - there are a few people with bad attitudes, but the majority are friendly and helpful

Pros

Target is set up for a decent amount of people to succeed, others end up jumping ship with a "horrible" experience to boot. I love the constant change, the support and empowerment that upper management gives me as well as the Benefits.

Cons

Working with people who don't care about their jobs. There are some TMs that will do everything in their power to get ahead, sometimes it's a fight to the top and the person that deserves it doesn't always get it.

Pros

Good benefits and great way to learn about a BIG company. Keeps you busy during the day and introduces you to major vendors.

Cons

Minneapolis has very very cold winters. Wish they would give more time off but flexibilty of schedule helps a bit.
