One of the best reasons to work for Target is that you can receive insurance if you maintain an average of 21 work hrs per week.

Cons

I am not certain how the promotions are determined; there are several people in management (team lead and higher) who personify the Peter Principle.

The distribution pyramid does a really good job of investing in the development of their executives. You really gain a lot of experience through this company and this role.

Cons

A lot of hours are put in by the employees. The job can be high-stress and if you work on the weekend you do not get as much exposure to senior leadership.
