Simply to gain retail experience.

Cons

Overworked, and very underpaid. You never get off at your scheluded time. Sometimes staying until 2 am. Constantly being micromanaged.

Good work environment, decent pay, some freedom to get your assigned job done without interference, other team members seem genuine in wanting to get their work done on time for the most part, team members rotated to work different sections to help relieve getting bored

Cons

Retail is retail.....there will be long hours and work on holidays and weekends. However, the work environment usually makes up for it.
