Pros

The pay is competitive. They really know how to throw a cool party and they bring in special performances from big stars.

Cons

Everyone is expected to look and act like their commercials. It can be like highschool where people talk about you constantly.

Pros

leadership development, great pay (for ETLs and plenty TLs), promote from within culture, fun place to work, after 2-5 years great experience for resume when you need to get the heck out

Cons

long outrageous hours, highly results driven company which can make people feel pressured, high almost unreachable standards, terrible work life balance

Pros

The communication system is good. People are generally friendly to each other. You get to learn some new things every season.

Cons

As all big companies, competition is high when there are promotion opportunities. The red color in all the stores are kind of annoying when you work there every day.
