Pros

None only thing I can think of is working from home.

Cons

Lowest pay ever. Very rude TL No help to employees facing hardship. No paid holidays if your seasonal and it's impossible to become full time permanent.

Pros

It is the only company that has an Email Customer Support team that I can find. The Email team is awesome. We are dedicated to accurate customer service and they allow us a lot of freedom which fits all of our "control freak" personalities. I have never worked with a group of people that I have fit in with and never felt so much a part of a team. This is due to the people on that team.

Cons

The quality of people hired by Teletech leaves a lot to be desired. I have never worked for a company where so many just do not care if they do their job right. And why should they? A case is the responsibility of the last person that owned it. If mistakes were made in process, notes or anything else, it is not the problem of the person that did it but of the last person to work in the case. I spend a good 50-60 percent of my time fixing others mistakes. Teletech is also about quantity not quality. One gets written up for not hitting numbers but no coaching or consequences are placed on people that do not handle customers or cases correctly. When quality customer service has been part of your 20 year career, this hard to work around. I have almost been there a year and never had a coaching session with a team lead or lead agent. "Coaching ops" are a threat to employees instead of a learning opportunity.

Thank you for your feedback. We're really glad you like the work and team you're in! We agree, checking for corrections shouldn't be happening as you should be focused on helping out the customer. We'll see to it that checks and balances are in place, and that proper coaching must be given when the opportunity presents itself.
