Pros

The work from home training for the program I was on was not good. Our trainer was awesome and very available to us but did not teach us anything about the project. When I started taking live calls i was just thrown out there to the wolves.

Cons

Constant system errors, I mean , constant! There is a lot they don't tell you before training, they wait until you go into nesting. Your schedule can change in a moment's notice. They put you on the phones when you're still not feeling prepared

Pros

Competitive wages and you don’t have to get your hands dirty. The location is close to home and the environment seems very nice at first. I love the view from the outside break area! 401k and vacation packages are competitive to other companies in the area.

Cons

I have a lot I could say here, but in fear of someone having the ability to identify me, I will keep it short and simple. Trust no one. Do only your required tasks, nothing more nothing less. Speak to co-workers as minimally as possible. Follow the rules. Don’t expect advancement unless you are personal friends with management. Never voice your opinions or be openly honest about ANYTHING.
