Pros

Teletech is a 24 hour company so finding a shift that works for youis easier to do after a few months in the company.

Cons

Trainimg when people first come in is somewhat lacking, ang is never the same for any class. When you walk in the door. ANY problems you have had better not come with you. The company's demands MUST come first no matter the issue.

Pros

There are a lot of benefits to the employees, the company thinks about what they need. The chances to grow are really good, and with a great enviroment. At my department, the team work is very supportive, and everybody is very kind.

Cons

The campus needs to use more communications tools. The employees don't have the chance to notice what is going on with some important events for the company.

In less than 2 years, I have gone from a Level 1 CSR Agent to a Level 4 Back Office Staff. The opportunity for growth is real. I made friends with some very good people. And the benefits are adequate.

Cons

If you do not subscribe to the idea of lifelong learning, Teletech is not for you. You get all kinds of training - product training, upskill training and cross-training.
