Cons

Pay is subpar Sr. Management and C Level management are so out of touch with their employees that is borders on pathetic Sending jobs off shore Management inspired and encouraged political infighting

Flexibility with schedule for supervisors with children, options to advance are available, paid training environment, friendly co-workers.

Cons

Compensation of supervisors is lacking based on the expected work load. Lack of recognition provided for a job well done. Constantly being advised that supervisors are an expense to the company, we do not make them any money, therefore we do not receive equipment that operates properly. We are held accountable for things that are outside of our control and expected to change said things that are out of our control.
