Not much. Customers are awful and very seldom does management truly value you as an associate. Sweet cafeteria? Guaranteed lunches and breaks are dope though. And I guess you can advance quickly. I had this job through college. It was great. I got paid well above minimum wage and my hours were cemented around my classes. There is no finer job for a college student needing work.

Cons

Taking off time is near impossible unless you know someone who can do a favor for you. Depressing atmosphere, unhealthy co-workers. Pay raises or bonuses have become near impossible.

Better than no job at all.

Cons

Hiring process is "burn and turn" Turnover is ludicrous Management style is "carrot and stick" All stick, no carrot. Expectations and responsibilities change continuously with no additional recompense. No written employee manual. No printed pay statements No written policy and procedures. W2 is late [legal?]

Pros

Pay is competitive but benefits are not. There are smart, talented people on several teams. Many are not fully leveraged.

Cons

Lack of leadership at the very top. Company is paralyzed by indecision and keeps changing direction. Decision by committee mentality with lack of ownership and accountability for making real progress. No clear career growth. Minimal focus on growing managers so many, many bad practices in place. Culture of secrecy, poor internal communication, bullying tactics used by many senior leaders are allowed to continue despite continued loss of talent. This is the most unhealthy corporation I've ever encountered.
