Fairly professional and organized, with training and procedures. You can begin work right away, and get plenty of hours. If you don't do well in one program, they'll try to find a place for you in another program.

Cons

Below average pay. Low cost culture: everywhere a cost can be trimmed, it is (for example, the AC is set to be just barely endurable). This is to be expected in this sort of operation.

They seem to be constantly hiring and have immediate hiring. If you need a job fast, this is easy to land.

Cons

Strict expectations on compliance. Any absences during training results in a final written warning.
