Pros

If you're interested in the wireless industry and like to 1) serve customers and b) use computers, constant learning.

Cons

No training program. Forces you to come 20 - 30 early - and without pay - to start their crap computers and work on their crap software. Purposefully isolates employees - mostly immigrants and bullies them for more productivity. Reduces your hours and forces their schedule on you.

I met a lot of awesome people.

Cons

We all worked in the same crappy place. Getting screamed at by customers constantly, unless that's your thing. No assistance to former employees unless you write down your Oracle log in number and hold on to it until the cows come home.

Pros

The Insurance and 401K benefits, decent break room and it's in central Las Vegas. They also provide holiday pay from day one and allow you to start gathering PTO quickly.

Cons

The requirements are changed on a near bi-weekly basis, leaving many in the dark as to what they need to do to avoid disciplinary action. By the time an employee finds out, it's too late. The metrics system that is used to "Grade" employees has numerous flaws, the big one allowing surveys to come in late, which has the potential to cause irreversible negative effects on employees who are trying to grow. Furthermore, it really does not allow for a proper representation of an employee's skills. The training is not really detailed as necessary to ensure the success of employees.
