Pros

Cons

Basically only work here if you are desparate for a job. They know that and use that agaisnt you. They have no remorse for what they do as a company. I seriously hope one day companies decide to terminate contracts with them.

Pros

People in the team were great and the atmosphere is lax You can really learn a lot about the product itself, there are many practical trainings and workshops Flexible working hours and no dresscode

Cons

The commission is way lower than what they claim to be the average during the recruitment, even if you overscore your targets. No one really knows how it’s calculated and you can never estimate how much you’ll get. If you’re sick, your monthly commission is cut and you find out about this rule only when you become sick the first time. Targets can go up by 50-60% from quarter to quarter, no explanation/support given. Phones don’t work for half a year (and you work on the phone) and you are left alone with the problem. There are almost no growth opportunities in the company. The pay is below the market average in Krakow and hasn’t increased in the past 3 years, not even by inflation. If you’re also relocating from abroad, the pay is hardly enough to live comfortably in Krakow. No language bonuses either. The moment you ask about the salary, they start recruitment to find a replacement for you, because the company is not willing to invest in retaining its people. Rotation is high. People come and go as soon as they realise cost cutting is a priority.

Pros

Great Environment, Coworkers care about each other, everyone tries to help each other out almost like you could say a family would, growth potential, nice health benefits, 401k

Cons

Pay is the main reason for turnover... pay starts at 11 dollars an hour and tops out around 13 you do get bonus every month but it isn’t much due to billable hours so let’s say you work every day and your coworker can’t work for the next three days because of a family emergency or a reasonable reason to have to leave that can be taken out of your paycheck. So be wary, but don’t get upset. They do tell you this before you start and when you’re in training.
