      Pros

      - You gain professional experience (maximum 6 months). - It is a good way to start if you want to live in Portugal.

      Cons

      - Very bad management - Not respected as a professional - The situation with the apartments is dangerous, and the only solution if you want to stay is to request a random transfer, which can be even worse. - Employee support very bad with delayed generic answers and not really problem solvers - When they hire they say a salary which is not totally the correct one since the base salary is just 25 euros more than the portugal minimum mandatory salary. When they hire employees, the stated salary includes the base salary along with additional components such as holiday pay, Christmas bonus, and a meal allowance - The bonuses aren't achievable because some managers disclose information or manipulate the statistics. Basically, even if you work hard, they will not pay according to your performance but rather based on their budget needs - There is a significant feeling of distrust towards the people you are working with (TL, ACM, etc...) since they always prioritize their personal friendships for promotions and serve their own interests, rather than fostering a professional working environment.

      It was covid restrictions so place was clean.

      Cons

      Poor management. Low pay. Only a few seconds between 100s of calls. No incentives. Long hours.

      worst job i ever had

      Pros

      agree to work on Netflix and TP Portugal only if you have no other choices

      Cons

      management is absent WFM who only rely on you line data impossible to work in the office impossible to have hours of leave to recover impossible to have a human understanding of needs We can't even have human interactions with other colleagues. No chance of growth. if they could they would put a Robot with a whip who whips the agents. Not to mention the fact that you only have 5 minutes for physiological needs during 8 hours of work which goes against all the laws in the world not just the Portuguese ones. Who knows if the CEO of NetFLIX in 8 hours only goes to the bathroom for 5 minutes maximum
