Have worked remotely since COVID. Company provided a decent allowance for home setup. Communication was clear most of the time.

Completed 4 yrs recently. Team culture positive not toxic. Manager gives proper feedback which helps improve. Salary bit less than other company but stress level also less.

Cons

Salary is below current market level.
