Pros

Worked night shift 2 yrs before moving to day. Shift allowance decent. Team members became close friends still meet after i left. Training programs actually useful not just time pass.

Cons

Shift timings are not always same.

Worked here for 7 years and saw company grow significantly. Leadership was transparent about company goals and challenges. Compensation structure could use updating, but benefits were excellent.

Cons

Career advancement is simple in this company.
