Pros

Great people and environment. Everyone is more than willing to help in your development and goals, you just need to be willing to show up when you're needed, and put in a little extra effort. Keep a positive attitude, step outside your comfort zone, and you will move up in no time.

Cons

Call center work can be stressful, and it is an outsourcing company, so dont expect corporate pay or benefits, but a really good place to work.

There is NOTHING good about this employer. Unless you enjoy being recorded during your bbreaks, yes even restroom breaks. If you like that sort of thing you will fit right in

Cons

The Killeen site is the worst. The pay is stressful.The environment is stressful. The place is saturated with unskilled,unqualified TRAINERS. The employees dress and look carry themselves as if ........no comment.....except the attire is a reflection of the pay. This site is Not even a pleasant place to work. I wouldn't. Allow my pet there.
