Pros

The company has a well-defined overall strategy with a clear effort to cascade it down to product teams. Colleagues are collaborative, supportive, and committed, even under high pressure. Opportunity to be involved in impactful and large-scale projects.

Cons

Workload is often overwhelming, with several team members experiencing burnout over time. Leadership tends to lack empathy and fails to recognize or act on team capacity warnings. Despite having a defined strategy and product-level drill-downs, decisions were mostly driven by operational departments, leaving little room for product teams to make decisions — which contradicts the intended product-led model.

Pros

Some co-workers, and managers (in my office anyway) It’s basically a 9-5 job and no weekends.

Cons

Head office thinks staff are only worth minimum wage. If you don’t live and work in London, then TLS do not care about you! No bonuses despite what they advertise, no career progression, or professional training.
