Pros

good experience to learn visa information. It has canteen with tea and coffee and fruits.

Cons

A LOT. you won't get anything if you dont lick @ss of your boss. High turnover , asking you to do everything in 12 minutes : documentation, invoicing, printing, copying and good customer service. And they ask you to do without any mistakes. Ok, do it yourself, come and take my chair. Unfortunately it is scream inside me. They can not do either. Although you have plenty time after applications for instance 1 hour doing nothing , they ask you to meet target , why ? And if you go for smoke you will be punished, I feel sorry for the colleagues who do not smoke , they will sit hours not knowing how to go 5 minute break. And competition with department is so bad, one department , or colleague who is not good with you is ready to make problem for you. Especially if they are good with management. So you will ended up switching to be team leader, supervisor and continue torture other people. Or you will end years working as agent who will tolerate all abuses
