      Spend all their time on strategy, none on execution

      Global company so good global perspective/experience to add to your CV.

      Cons

      Head of Corporate Strategy is way too process driven. The strategy did not changed materially in the 7 years I worked there, yet the strategy team employees dozens of former consultants doing fancy PowerPoints but not execution on anything. Claim to care about employees, but the second a dollar is lost of top line, they do layoffs. Annual review is very biased and political.

      Long term HR person has a chip on her shoulder, New people will never work out!! HR runs the place ,makes changes to employees pay and/or performance without approving through supervisor in this case only one voice matters!!
