      Dysfunctional Organization, Questionable Ethics

      Pros

      Onboarded from senior management role as part of an acquisition. Reasonable benefits package and ESPP plan has vaule.

      Cons

      One of the most dysfunctional operations organizations I've been associated with. Prior management experience at Danaher based businesses where lean is done right. Operations management team clearly did not understand or live lean, also ethics were not what I prefer to be associated with. Voluntarily left as they are NOT they type of company I want to be associated with.

      Spend all their time on strategy, none on execution

      Pros

      Global company so good global perspective/experience to add to your CV.

      Cons

      Head of Corporate Strategy is way too process driven. The strategy did not changed materially in the 7 years I worked there, yet the strategy team employees dozens of former consultants doing fancy PowerPoints but not execution on anything. Claim to care about employees, but the second a dollar is lost of top line, they do layoffs. Annual review is very biased and political.
