      Large company with global presence and multiple business units

      Cons

      Managing direction all over the place, employee development is not top priority. Take advantage of people with absurd relocation contracts. Constantly chasing bottom lines while overworking employees and hiring dozens of managers just to fight with one another.

      Inexperienced employees promoted to management positions. Complete disaster. Laid off almost 100 long time, tenured, experienced employees which caused unnecessary chaos. Management arrogant and snobbish. Toxic work environment.
