      There was a canteen that served hot food

      Cons

      Most toxic place I have ever worked. company has a complete disregard for environment. Will leave machines on for weeks doing nothing. I had to report them to HSE to get them to address the inadequate ventilation. I would avoid this place at all costs.

      + Good range of benefits + Large pool of very knowledgeable people

      Cons

      - Very reactionary layoffs, they acquire and then dump people and facilities at a staggering rate - Many systems that were either outdated or just didn't work - Lack of honest communication from upper management - Many meetings, often at odd times since they involve international teams, which were usually a waste of time - Required ethics training for all employees are fine and good in theory but in practice felt rather pointless and ironic, considering the upper management misled employees about layoffs

      Coworkers are great. Local management is good.

      Assigned multiple responsibilities. I thought that would lead to higher pay or a promotion with some sort of increase. Neither happened.
