Worked for TD Bank for 3 yrs until Merger with Commerce Bank was complete and I saw the downhill sprial!

Great Benefits package(for both PT & FT employees) & Paid Time OFF(for FT employees). They also do offer several flexible schedules to choose from.

Cons

They offer FT employyes almost a rediculious amout of PTO (216 hrs) however it is not easy to get them approved. Often, they decline your request. If you are sick and have hours available, they will be considered unapproved and be held against you. It is impossible to advance at TD Bank solely for earning advancement opportunities due to your quality of work, you need to kiss up to the right people. More often than not the more qualified employees are the ones passed up for the advancement opportunities. Often they already have picked the employee to offer the advancement/promotion and then post the Job Opening after the fact just for formalitiy.

Want to learn more things and look at how different banks work. And career growth within the bank maybe good.

Cons

Low pay and there is no good benefits if you work in a loss department. Management and employees may exist communication gap.
