Pros

You could get by doing minimal work and making up technical terms equivalent to "blinker fluid". No one will question you. So if you don't want to do work, that could be a pro.

Cons

Technical teams skill levels are bottom of the barrel. Senior engineers have about entry level skills comparing to other places I've been at. Management thinks they are have tech knowledge. Spoiler alert- they don't. They're clueless. Look at all the data leaks and application crashes on TMobile.com. They have no idea how to fix it. 🤣😂🤣 If you are thinking about working here, this is what you will work with daily - Micro managers with no technical knowledge making technical decisions for engineer teams. Legacy apps with buggy code nobody want to bother to fix. You're not responsible to fix them though. Just report progress and make up excuses. - see pro. Fake positivity everywhere and slackers sucking up to managers to get ahead. Get ready for things like - Omg you wore a leather jacket you're so awesome A++++

Pros

Didn't see any pros in the company

Cons

Engineering department is very discriminating. You get hired only if you are from specific country or town. You only get promoted or raises if you are also only from this country. I attended one with the interviews and a person from Europe has the qualification but they decided to hire someone from manager's country claiming he has better communication skills. Pay is very low compared to other companies in the city. No parking after 8:45 if you work in HQ location.

Pros

Employee mobile discount. Some roles offer remote work or flex on-site/work from home schedules.

Cons

Senior leadership out-of-touch with the company and routinely publicly disparages groups within the company. Severe lack of communication.
