Pros
T-Mobile is full of smart and motivated people with lots of experience from other large and well-respected companies. This means a chance to learn best practices from some of the best folks in your field. The T-Mobile brand differentiation continues to attract top talent. The company makes a strong effort at Best Place to Work by having lots of fun employee events -- some planned, and some fairly spontaneous. Employees are strongly encouraged to recognize and celebrate each other. There is a pretty good focus on career development and internal promotions. Depending on your team the career path may be good or may still be fairly lacking.
Cons
I've heard a number of people say they were considered "rockstars" at other companies but find it harder to stand out at T-Mobile due to the level of talent. Hard work and smarts are sometimes not recognized as much as they could be because they're expected. Some teams are getting pretty overworked but this seems to really vary by organization. Flexible schedule here seems to mean you arrive at 8:30 plus or minus 5 minutes (8:20 = park where you like. 8:40 = difficult to park). Of course at some places that time would be 7:00 so no complaints there. Leaving time varies more by workload.
