      Pros

      The time-off policies, comprehensive benefits

      Cons

      IT is gruelling and has no respect for work/life balance, often attempting to get people to work from home when sick or on PTO. Not sure if the rest of the organization is that nasty. Management was also very unapologetic about telling me I had a below-average salary and that they would never, no matter how well I did, give me a higher performance rating than X. Senior management and senior leadership are terrible.

      Pros

      T-Mobile was a very EASY place to work for, which is why I decided to take the job. I am a full time student and wanted something easy that also offered tuition assistance. Their benefits were pretty good overall, but very difficult to navigate through.

      Cons

      The TA I was excited about? They only approved classes that benefited the company and the job you were in. I was a Customer Service rep, which classes would I find that could POSSIBLY fit the position?

      Pros

      The Benefits at T-Mobile are Outstanding. You average less than $20/paycheck for medical/dental/vision.

      Cons

      In the Austin area, the mid-level managers are absolutely disgusting people. They treat you like you are nothing more than a piece of meat and take every possible opportunity to insult you on a personal level regardless of how successful you are professionally and positive feedback from customers.
