Pros

Great benefits with health, dental and vision and 401K matching and tuition reimbursement even for part time employees. Pay is a little above the average for the industry

Cons

While TMO has a set of values that they USED to live by, the retail channel has had many changes in senior leadership and they have no vision and want results no matter what the cost, who is trampled or what values are broken to get there.

Pros

General culture supports a "play nice with others", congenial vibe. Benefits package is slightly above average (even sans the now defunct quarterly perfomance bonus plan).

Cons

As stated in other reviews, meaningful communication (particularly if it may upset the proverbial apple cart) is not promoted or supported. Many silos exist. Some teams are held to strict accountability while others operate unchecked.
