      Pros

      Good pay and compensation, however; tmobile keeps changing the way our commission is paid out which is better for the company and worst for the employee. Lots of training on product and services

      Cons

      Tmobile continuously tells employees not to join a union. Changes commission compensation. Too many politics and favoritism. Eventhough you do your best and you don't meet quota, they think you are not doing enough to get the job done. Tmobile makes you wear too many hats. They want you to do too many things and dont give us enough hours or employees so managers can do their jobs.

      Great Benefits, excellent working conditions, excellent training and coaching (dependent on the coach), a general atmosphere of closeness among team members is fostered.

      Cons

      Extremely high standards of performance, requires ability to smoothly converse while searching multiple programs for information and to create transactions: this job is not for everyone!

      Pros

      Benefits are by far better than any other company. Hourly rate of pay is fair and the phone plans are a good perk as well.

      Cons

      Some business expectation goals contradict each other which make it difficult to meet business expectations. MICRO-MANAGEMENT is huge here. Almost feels as if your freedom to be yourself with a customer is under a microscope.
