T-Mobile Customer Service Representative

Pros

T-Mobile has a nice long training program so that you feel comfortable with your job as a customer service representative in the call center.

Cons

T-Mobile as a management team puts a lot of pressure on their employees. Customers get angry & call you stupid most of the day because you are simply following policies & procedures.

Pros

Great people who really care about each other and pitch in to get the job done. Good benefits including employee rate plans and discounts on phones.

Cons

In my department employees are treated like children. We are left out of strategy meetings, our work is checked up on, and our input is disregarded. There is no clear departmental or organizational strategy at the moment. Feels like a sinking ship.
