Pros

Competitive pay, really good benefits, tuition reimbursement is excellent. They have also been really flexible with my schedule which helps my home/work life balance

Cons

In my personal experience, middle management can leave a lot to be desired, and leadership can be questionable

Pros

Good Benefits. You would hardly get fired no matter how worse you perform --if you consider this to be good.

Cons

No relation between performance and rewards. Rewards and promotions are based on whom you know rather than what you deliver. Mediocre and short sighted management having no long term commitment to the company. CEO, CIO and VP all left the Co. in a about a weeks time. Company has been loosing customers and have no clue how to stop that. Probably looking for another buyer after the AT&T fiasco but there's nobody to buy.

Pros

Interesting industry and technology to work in.

Cons

Never been at a company that so disrespected and poorly treated their employees. They used to be a best place to work and now they don't even care since they have cut most benefits.
