Great HR department that really tried to put people first. They care about the culture and want to build teams that want to be there.

Cons

Regular leadership changes which cause changes in strategies and responsibilities.

Colleagues are nice and knowledgeable. They usually have a lot of experience in the telecom industry and are approachable.

Cons

Company reorgs quite a bit. It could be hard to establish long relationships with comp managers and executives for promotions.

Money, benefits, experience, gym in call center, cafe in call center

Cons

They rush you to keep the phone calls short, long hours that you can’t change your schedule until a whole year later, slightly passive aggressive, seem kind and nice but when things go wrong they give you the scripted message.
