Cheap healthcare Monthly phone plan discount Commissionable opportunity

T-Life obsession is making our jobs harder at the customer's expense Cut employee compensation and took away taxes and fees included plans Broke promises about never raising the price of plans Took away high performer program Put more commissions into spif category which does not hit accelerator (ineligible for the up to 20 percent boost on commission) POS Software is a daily pain (except for mPOS. everything should go through that) Paid us spifs for us to replace our own jobs through T-Life T-Life pick up orders make it harder to meet metrics Taking away instant trades which helped sub prime customers get into the company (although I will still do the odd one here and there, but the company prefers all transactions go through T-Life)
