Salary is decent when compared to other companies for those who are joining as a freshers.

Cons

A lot....... Poor Management, Some Senior Colleagues are worst, Behaving in a improper way. Stressful Environment....... Managers they dont care a .......... about the employees.

Extremely pro German management. No advancement past middle manager unless you are or at least are fluent in German. Management is clueless as to how to communicate with the rank and file employees. Company purchases other companies, runs them into the ground and blames the very company they purchased as being incompetent. We lost 75% of our employees in 4 years due to people just hating it there. Most went on to work for customers who recognized their talents.

I am working in TUV, Gurgaon from April,2013.... There are nothing to learn, bad wokring culture... if u want to destroy your Career. I can come here ... Managers are not cooperative, also not qualified also even always ready to give you extra headache... force to work after wokig hours without oevertime. Saturday sunday Working to show off only... Very bad Experience till now .... Going to switch another company to save my career....
