Pros

It's a world class company, there are many opportunities to meet clients and learn from some areas. Working environment is very good.

Cons

There are not much benefits. Almost no bonuses. There aren't real chances for growth within the company. Most employees leave in order to achieve their goals.

Pros

Eventually I think the company will attract and keep good talent. There are a few great people.

Cons

Contempt under a facade of "feedback" is used. "Confidential" discussions are disclosed and discussed under the guise of team building. The use of micromanagement, bias based leadership, and favoritism is concerning.

Pros

Most colleagues are nice to work with Work life balance Can work from home for some roles Start and end work on time Great place to start a family here Medical insurance can include child and spouse

Cons

Commercial is political. Some boss dump their work and provide excuses. Technical team skew towards retiring/ political if you are not favoured. Sales team is confused and not focussed. Global team in Germany is slow, outdated and work in silos. Career progression unclear.
